Concrete mixer truck is a special truck used to transport concrete for construction. Because of its appearance, it is also often called snail car. These trucks are equipped with cylindrical mixing drums to transport the mixed concrete. The concrete mixer is divided into five systems
1.攪拌筒:這種車型中使用的攪拌筒是一種廣泛使用的結構形式。攪拌筒采用梨形結構。在運輸過程中根據需要添加的洗滌水和混合水從混合桶頭部的入口注入桶中。
1. Mixing drum: the mixing drum used in this vehicle is a widely used structural form. The mixing drum adopts pear shaped structure. During transportation, the washing water and mixed water added as needed are injected into the mixing barrel from the inlet of the mixing barrel head.
2.傳動系統:攪拌筒的驅動方式是以發動機為動力源,從發動機后端的取力器獲取動力,通過傳動軸傳遞給變量柱塞液壓泵,通過定量柱塞油馬達,再通過減速器驅動攪拌筒轉動。
2. Transmission system: the mixing drum is driven by the engine as the power source. The power is obtained from the power take-off at the rear end of the engine and transmitted to the variable plunger hydraulic pump through the transmission shaft. The mixing drum is driven by the quantitative plunger oil motor and then driven by the reducer.

3.攪拌筒的進料和出料系統:是輔助攪拌筒工作的重要裝置。

4.供水系統:混凝土攪拌車的供水系統主要用于清洗攪拌設備。該機型有兩種供水系統,一種是離心式水泵供水系統;一個是壓力水箱供水系統,用戶可以選擇安裝。
4. Water supply system: the water supply system of concrete mixer is mainly used for cleaning mixing equipment. This machine has two kinds of water supply system, one is centrifugal pump water supply system, the other is pressure water tank water supply system, users can choose to install.
5.控制系統:它是整個攪拌車的控制部分。控制面板上有一個“工”字槽,是控制桿的活動空間。后半部的槽上設有用于固定操縱桿位置的限位孔。控制系統通過汽車尾部的左右控制桿控制攪拌筒的正轉、反轉和轉速,從而完成進料、出料和攪拌動作。
5. Control system: it is the control part of the whole mixer. There is an I-shaped slot on the control panel, which is the movable space of the control rod. A limiting hole for fixing the position of the control lever is arranged on the groove of the rear half. The control system controls the forward rotation, reverse rotation and rotational speed of the mixing drum through the left and right control rods at the rear of the car, so as to complete the feeding, discharging and mixing actions.
